Pinks and Flower

Here is my card for this week.

Stamping and Masking
Decoupage

Materials:

White Cardstock
Anita's stickers
Exquisite Paper collection - Papermania
Springtime Swirls Collection - See D's
Black and pink heat it up ink
Whispers water colours

from local haberdashery:
Silver Cord
Blue ribbon

How to:

1. Cut the background paper slightly smaller that the card itself. Cut two borders from white cardstock. Edging scissors can be used to add detail. Stick to card
   
2. Stamp a number of roses masking the lower one in order to reach the effect shown above. Cut around the bouquet leaving a triangle at the bottom. This will be later covered with the blue ribbon. Pass a silver cord around it attaching a tag in the process. Stamp and colour in an extra flower. Cut and paste on the lower flower.
   
3. Attach everything to the card as shown.
4. Use the pink ink to distress the borders and embellish as desired.
