WOYWW 81

It's been such a long time since I took part in a challenge. Really thankful I can at least show off my desk at WOYWW. December was really a busy month but I finally managed to finish off my sister's gift. It took me a lot of coaxing for her to give me some of her favourite photos. I hope she likes it.

You might have guessed - it's the mini album I'd started for her birthday and never finished. Oh, well, as they say - better late than never, isn't it?

I don't know about you guys but it takes me ages to finish a project. The reason is that I have to clear things away every so often or end up scrambling for whatever I need. I found a good system to keep my nesties as I go along and until I get my creative studio. Hopefully, then I'll have proper storage for them. But have a look - my lamp worked as a good hanger and there is no way I was gonna lose the things as I work. And if you're asking, yes, oh boy they were hot, but not so much that I couldn't handle. The stamps I was using found there way up there too.

The solution to not finishing things is simple....just don't worry about it. I never finish anything...too many ideas!!
So DON'T WORRY. YOU ARE NOT ALONE.

Too funny! Don't burn yourself. I store my nesties in CD cases that I put magnet strips in.

I can't believe I'm the first to leave a comment on your blog - I wonder if others have been having a problem leaving one. Anyway, what a way to store your nesties, hot, hot, hot! I, too, take ages to finish projects and can't work in a muddle, just got to clear up. I'd like to wish you a happy holiday and a very enjoyable Christmas Day. Elizabeth #51

We all have works in progress that just take more time that other projects. Not to worry, you'll finish it soon.
I like the idea of hanging the nesties on something, gonna give it a try.
Merry Christmas!

Yes very tidy desk...took me a minute too see it, because the pic is sideways...lol. Oh and a great way to store your Nesties is to get some cheap thin magnet strips...you can find them at usually any craft store. And then you can put the Nesties filled magnets into photo sleeves and then add them to a 3 ring binder. But I like your idea too...lol.

Have a great Christmas!! :D

YOur sister will be delighted! For sure. Hot nesties - made me laugh, the things we do to avoid having to get up whilst in the middle of crafting!

I'm a slow scrapper too. Usually takes me a couple of days to finish any project. And in the meantime, the craft room looks a complete mess.
