Penny Black Saturday Challenge: Stripes and Stars

I'm back from my holiday and can post once again. I made this card for the Penny Black Saturday Challenge. This is the second version. The first version did not have the black border and I must say that this one is much better.

Materials:

Making Memories - Funky Vintage - Lizzie Collection
Skipping Rope - Penny Black
Peel Off stickers
Fibra Colours
Ultimate Designer Collection - Pastel

How to:

  1. Cut a piece of scallop striped paper the size of the card blank. Cut square piece of green pastel paper and a sligjhtly bigger one from black card stock
  2. Stamp the image and colour in. Cut using scallop scissors. Cut a circle from black card stock slightly bigger than scalloped circle.
  3. Assemble everything as shown, then add the stars in the corners.
  4. Stamp 'Happy Birthday' inside the card blank.
